Article A123-58 of the French Commercial code

The European economic interest groupings referred to in Article A. 123-18 file at the latest at the same time as their application for registration:

<1° A copy of the grouping contract, if it has been drawn up by deed, or the original, if it has been drawn up by private deed; this indicates, where applicable, the name and residence of the notary whose minutes it has been filed with;

2° A copy of the deeds appointing the grouping’s managers, with an indication that they may act alone or that they are acting jointly.

Les groupements européens d’intérêt économique mentionnés à l’article A. 123-18 déposent au plus tard en même temps que leur demande d’immatriculation :

1° Une expédition du contrat de groupement, s’il a été établi par acte authentique, ou l’original, s’il a été établi par acte sous seing privé ; celui-ci indique, le cas échéant, le nom et la résidence du notaire au rang des minutes duquel il a été déposé ;

2° Une copie des actes de nomination des gérants du groupement, avec l’indication qu’ils peuvent agir seuls ou qu’ils agissent conjointement.
