Savings and provident institutions shall file the deeds listed in 1° of Article R. 123-103 in accordance with the procedures set out in articles R. 123-102 et seq.
The articles of association of savings and provident institutions filed as an appendix to the Trade and Companies Register are approved in advance by the central body of savings banks and banques populaires.

Savings and provident institutions file the annual financial statements, the decision on the allocation of profits, the annual report of the general manager or the management board, the annual report of the statutory auditors in accordance with the procedures set out in articles R. 123-102 et seq.
