Article A131-6 of the French Sports Code

With regard to the format used for publication :

– the regulations must be viewable directly on screen without the need for additional software outside the browser;

– they must be available for off-line consultation via download in the form of an open-standard file that can be viewed without additional software or using free software;

– No operating system should be imposed.

S’agissant du format utilisé pour leur publication :

― les règlements doivent être consultables directement à l’écran sans ajout de logiciels complémentaires hors navigateur ;

― ils doivent pouvoir être consultables hors ligne via un téléchargement sous forme de fichier au standard ouvert visualisable sans logiciel supplémentaire ou à l’aide de logiciels gratuits ;

― aucun système d’exploitation ne doit être imposé.
