Article A132-2 of the French Insurance Code

Undertakings carrying out the operations referred to in 1° of Article L. 310-1 and the supplementary occupational pension funds referred to in Article L. 381-1 may, under the conditions set out in Article A. 132-3, guarantee in their contracts a total amount of technical interest and bonuses which, in relation to the fraction of the mathematical provisions of the said contracts on which the guarantee takes effect, will not be less than guaranteed minimum rates.

Les entreprises pratiquant des opérations mentionnées au 1° de l’article L. 310-1 et les fonds de retraite professionnelle supplémentaire mentionnés à l’article L. 381-1 peuvent, dans les conditions fixées à l’article A. 132-3, garantir dans leurs contrats un montant total d’intérêts techniques et de participations aux bénéfices qui, rapporté à la fraction des provisions mathématiques desdits contrats sur laquelle prend effet la garantie, ne sera pas inférieur à des taux minima garantis.
