Article A134-4 of the French Insurance Code

The conversion referred to in article R. 134-4 may only be carried out every five years and on condition that, after the conversion, the difference between the amount of the diversification provision corresponding to the converted commitment and the minimum amount of this provision calculated on the basis of the minimum value of the unit referred to in article R. 134-1 is greater than 15% of the amount of the mathematical provision of this commitment.

La conversion mentionnée à l’article R. 134-4 ne peut s’effectuer que tous les cinq ans et à condition qu’après la conversion, la différence entre le montant de la provision de diversification correspondant à l’engagement converti et le montant minimal de cette provision calculé à partir de la valeur minimale de la part mentionnée à l’article R. 134-1 soit supérieure à 15 % du montant de la provision mathématique de cet engagement.
