Article A211-1-1 of the French Insurance Code

Insurance contracts relating to the operations mentioned in article R. 321-1, section 10 (third-party liability for motor land vehicles) of the Insurance Code must include the standard clause relating to cancellation of the contract by the insurer, as set out in the following article.

Les contrats d’assurance afférents aux opérations mentionnées au 10 (responsabilité civile véhicules terrestres automoteurs) de l’article R. 321-1 du code des assurances doivent comporter la clause-type relative à la résiliation du contrat par l’assureur figurant à l’article suivant.
