For the purposes of examining the initial budget, amending budgets and the financial account, the budget controller shall receive the draft documents provided for in Article 175 of Decree no. 2012-1246 of 7 November 2012 on public budgetary and accounting management before they are sent to the members of the governing body.
Pour l’examen du budget initial, des budgets rectificatifs et du compte financier, le contrôleur budgétaire est destinataire des projets de documents prévus à l’article 175 du décret n° 2012-1246 du 7 novembre 2012 relatif à la gestion budgétaire et comptable publique préalablement à leur envoi aux membres de l’organe délibérant.
