Article A211-7 of the French Insurance Code

The insurance certificate and the provisional insurance certificate must state that, in accordance with the provisions of article R. 211-14, presentation of the supporting document only implies a presumption of cover on the part of the insurer. They must contain no information other than that provided for in this section, except, where applicable, a receipt for payment of the premium.

Elles ne doivent comporter aucune autre mention que celles prévues dans la présente section sauf, éventuellement, un acquit de paiement de la prime.
