Article A212-160 of the French Sports Code

This committee comprises :
1° The National Technical Director of the French Disabled Sports Federation, or his or her representative, or the National Technical Director of the French Federation of Adapted Sports, or his or her representative, depending on the nature of the disability;
2° The National Technical Director of the sports federation concerned by the option chosen by the candidate for the State Certificate in Sports Education;
3° A member of one of the youth and sports inspectorates, or the departmental director of youth, sports and community life, or the director of a public teaching establishment under the responsibility of the Minister for Sports, in charge of the state certificate for sports instructors, sports for the physically and sensorially disabled option;
4° A member of one of the youth and sports inspectorates, or the departmental director of youth, sports and community life or the director of a public teaching establishment under the authority of the Minister for Sports responsible for the state certificate for sports instructors, option: adapted physical and sports activities;
5° A doctor appointed by the Minister for Sports after consultation with the French Federation for Disabled Sports;
6° A doctor appointed by the Minister for Sports after consultation with the French Federation for Adapted Sports;
7° A doctor from the sports federation concerned by the option chosen by the candidate for the State Certificate in Sports Education;
8° Two qualified personalities.
The committee may also hear any person whose contribution is deemed useful to its work.

Cette commission comprend :
1° Le directeur technique national de la fédération française handisport, ou son représentant, ou le directeur technique national de la fédération française du sport adapté, ou son représentant, selon la nature du handicap ;
2° Le directeur technique national de la fédération sportive concernée par l’option du brevet d’Etat d’éducateur sportif choisie par le candidat ;
3° Un membre de l’un des corps de l’inspection de la jeunesse et des sports, ou directeur départemental de la jeunesse, des sports et de la vie associative ou directeur d’un établissement public d’enseignement relevant du ministre chargé des sports en charge du brevet d’Etat d’éducateur sportif, option sport pour handicapés physiques et sensoriels ;
4° Un membre de l’un des corps de l’inspection de la jeunesse et des sports, ou directeur départemental de la jeunesse, des sports et de la vie associative ou directeur d’un établissement public d’enseignement relevant du ministre chargé des sports en charge du brevet d’Etat d’éducateur sportif, option activités physiques et sportives adaptées ;
5° Un médecin désigné par le ministre chargé des sports après avis de la Fédération française handisport ;
6° Un médecin désigné par le ministre chargé des sports après avis de la Fédération française du sport adapté ;
7° Un médecin de la fédération sportive concernée par l’option du brevet d’Etat d’éducateur sportif choisie par le candidat ;
8° Deux personnalités qualifiées.
La commission peut, en outre, entendre toute personne dont le concours est jugé utile à ses travaux.
