Article A212-161 of the French Sports Code

In the light of the medical certificates submitted by the candidate, the specialised sub-committee issues an opinion on :
– the compatibility between the disability presented and the constraints of professional practice in the chosen sports option, where applicable, indicating the restrictions to the prerogatives of the diploma awarded;
– the compatibility between the disability presented and the tests leading to the award of the brevet d’Etat d’éducateur sportif à trois degrés in the chosen sports option and proposes, where applicable, the adaptation of one or more tests of the brevet d’Etat d’éducateur sportif à trois degrés.

Au vu des attestations médicales présentées par le candidat, la sous-commission spécialisée formule un avis relatif à :
― la compatibilité entre le handicap présenté et les contraintes de l’exercice professionnel dans l’option sportive choisie, le cas échéant, indique les restrictions aux prérogatives du diplôme délivré ;
― la compatibilité entre le handicap présenté et les épreuves conduisant à l’obtention du brevet d’Etat d’éducateur sportif à trois degrés dans l’option sportive choisie et propose, le cas échéant, l’aménagement d’une ou plusieurs épreuves du brevet d’Etat d’éducateur sportif à trois degrés.
