When a sports agent brings together the parties interested in concluding a contract which provides for the conclusion of one of the contracts mentioned in Articles A. 222-2 and A. 222-3, his remuneration is calculated as a percentage of the pre-tax amount of this contract as defined in Article A. 222-5.
Lorsqu’un agent sportif met en rapport les parties intéressées à la conclusion d’un contrat qui prévoit la conclusion d’un des contrats mentionnés aux articles A. 222-2 et A. 222-3, sa rémunération est calculée en pourcentage du montant hors taxe de ce contrat tel que défini à l’article A. 222-5.
