When a sports agent introduces interested parties to the conclusion of an employment contract relating to the remunerated exercise of a sporting or training activity, his remuneration is calculated as a percentage of the gross remuneration as defined in article A. 222-5.

When a sports agent brings together parties interested in concluding a contract relating to the exercise of a sporting or training activity for remuneration, with the exception of that referred to in article A. 222-2, his remuneration is calculated as a percentage of the pre-tax amount of this contract as defined in article A. 222-5.

When a sports agent brings together the parties interested in concluding a contract which provides for the conclusion of one of the contracts mentioned in Articles A. 222-2 and A. 222-3, his remuneration is calculated as a percentage of the pre-tax amount of this contract as defined in Article A. 222-5.

The gross remuneration referred to in article A. 222-2 is that provided for in the employment contract and subject to social security contributions within the meaning ofarticle L. 242-1 of the Social Security Code. The amount excluding tax mentioned in articles A. 222-3 and A. 222-4 is that used to calculate value added tax as defined in articles 266 to 268 ter of the French General Tax Code.

When a rider to an employment contract relating to the exercise of a remunerated sporting or training activity is concluded, the purpose of which is to increase the gross remuneration of an athlete or trainer, the remuneration of the sports agent who put the parties to this rider in contact may not exceed 10% of the difference between the gross remuneration provided for by the rider to the employment contract…
