Article A331-18 of the French Sports Code

The following are exempt from the formality stipulated in 6° of article A. 331-17:

1° Organisers who are members of the relevant delegated sports federation, provided that the event is included in the calendar mentioned in 1° of article R. 131-26 ;

2° Approved sports federations, their regional or departmental bodies and their members, provided that the discipline which is the subject of the event is covered by the agreement mentioned in article R. 331-22-1. This agreement must be attached to the application.

Article A331-18

Sont dispensés de la formalité prévue au 6° de l’article A. 331-17 :

1° Les organisateurs membres de la fédération sportive délégataire compétente dès lors que la manifestation est inscrite au calendrier mentionné au 1° de l’article R. 131-26 ;

2° Les fédérations sportives agréées, leurs organes régionaux ou départementaux et leurs membres, dès lors qu’il existe dans la discipline faisant l’objet de la manifestation la convention mentionnée à l’article R. 331-22-1. Cette convention doit être jointe au dossier.
