Article A36-10-1 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

For the application of Article R. 15-33-29-7 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the list of candidates admitted to take the technical examination to qualify for the duties of tax service agent responsible for carrying out certain judicial police duties is drawn up:

1° Jointly by the Director General of Public Finance and the Director General of the National Police Force when the agents are to be assigned to the Ministry of the Interior;

2° By the Director General of Public Finance when the officers are to be assigned to the Ministry of the Budget.

Successful candidates must have received appropriate training, organised by the Ministry of the Interior and the Ministry responsible for the Budget or by the latter alone depending on the ministry to which the candidates are to be assigned.

Pour l’application de l’ article R. 15-33-29-7 du code de procédure pénale , la liste des candidats admis à se présenter à l’examen technique d’aptitude aux fonctions d’agent des services fiscaux chargé de l’exercice de certaines missions de police judiciaire est arrêtée :

1° Conjointement par le directeur général des finances publiques et le directeur général de la police nationale lorsque les agents doivent être affectés au sein du ministère de l’intérieur ;

2° Par le directeur général des finances publiques lorsque les agents doivent être affectés au sein du ministère du budget.

Les candidats retenus doivent avoir reçu une formation adaptée, organisée par le ministère de l’intérieur et par le ministère chargé du budget ou par ce dernier uniquement selon le ministère dans lequel doivent être affectés les candidats.
