Article A37-20-1 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

The holder of the registration certificate or the persons referred to in the last three paragraphs of Article L. 121-2 of the Highway Code who have received a fixed fine notice may submit the request or complaint provided for by Article 529-10 electronically in accordance with the procedures specified by this sub-section.

The challenge is made on the “www.antai.fr” site, using the information on the fixed fine notice, using the online challenge form on this site.

This dispute has the same effect as sending the registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt provided for in the first paragraph of article 529-10.

Le titulaire du certificat d’immatriculation ou les personnes visées aux trois derniers alinéas de l’article L. 121-2 du code de la route ayant reçu un avis d’amende forfaitaire peuvent adresser la requête ou la réclamation prévue par l’article 529-10 de façon dématérialisée conformément aux modalités précisées par la présente sous-section.

La contestation est faite sur le site “www.antai.fr”, en utilisant les informations figurant sur l’avis d’amende forfaitaire, à l’aide du formulaire de contestation en ligne figurant sur ce site.

Cette contestation produit les mêmes effets que l’envoi de la lettre recommandée avec demande d’avis de réception prévu au premier alinéa de l’article 529-10.
