Article A37-20-3 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

In the case provided for in 1° of Article A. 37-20-2, the person shall send digitally, in the formats indicated on the site ” www. antai. fr “, the copy of the receipt of the complaint lodged for theft or destruction of the vehicle or for the offence of misuse of a number plate provided for by the article L. 317-4-1 of the Highway Code, the copy of the declaration of vehicle destruction drawn up in accordance with the provisions of the Highway Code, or the copies of the declaration of vehicle transfer and its acknowledgement of registration in the vehicle registration system.

Dans le cas prévu au 1° de l’article A. 37-20-2, la personne transmet de façon numérisée, selon les formats indiqués sur le site “ www. antai. fr ”, la copie du récépissé du dépôt de plainte pour vol ou destruction du véhicule ou pour le délit d’usurpation de plaque d’immatriculation prévu par l’article L. 317-4-1 du code de la route, la copie de la déclaration de destruction de véhicule établie conformément aux dispositions du code de la route, ou les copies de la déclaration de cession du véhicule et de son accusé d’enregistrement dans le système d’immatriculation des véhicules.
