Article A424-4 of the French Sports Code

The total amount of operating subsidies intended for sports associations in French Polynesia, determined by the Board of Directors of the National Centre for the Development of Sport, is allocated to French Polynesia.
After receiving the opinion of the commission, the President of French Polynesia shall allocate the subsidies to the sports associations of French Polynesia.
The President of French Polynesia shall send the Director General of the National Centre for the Development of Sport an annual report on the use of the resources allocated to French Polynesia by the establishment.

Le montant global des subventions de fonctionnement destinées aux associations sportives de Polynésie française, déterminé par le conseil d’administration du Centre national pour le développement du sport, est attribué à la Polynésie française.
Après avis de la commission, le président de la Polynésie française procède à l’affectation des subventions aux associations sportives de Polynésie française.
Le président de la Polynésie française transmet au directeur général du Centre national pour le développement du sport un compte rendu annuel de l’utilisation des moyens attribués à la Polynésie française par l’établissement.
