Article D112-10 of the French Sports Code

The members of the Board of Directors mentioned in 4° and 5° of article D. 112-9 are appointed for a renewable term of three years. The representatives of the local authorities mentioned in 2° of the same article are appointed for the duration of their elective mandate.

In the event of a vacancy occurring more than three months before the expiry of the term of office, a new member is appointed under the same conditions for the remainder of the term of office.

The nominative composition of the institution’s Board of Directors is set by order of the Minister for Sport.

Article D112-10

Les membres du conseil d’administration mentionnés aux 4° et 5° de l’article D. 112-9 sont nommés pour une durée de trois ans renouvelable. Les représentants des collectivités territoriales mentionnés au 2° de ce même article sont nommés pour la durée de leur mandat électif.

En cas de vacance, survenant plus de trois mois avant l’expiration du mandat, un nouveau membre est désigné dans les mêmes conditions pour la durée du mandat restant à courir.

La composition nominative du conseil d’administration de l’établissement est fixée par arrêté du ministre chargé des sports.
