Article D1221-24 of the French Labour Code

A copy of the documents authorising foreign workers to be employed is attached to the single personnel register and made accessible to the members of the personnel delegation of the social and economic committee and to the officials and agents responsible for ensuring the application of this code and the social security code. It is kept at their disposal either in the establishment, or on each building site or workplace separate from the establishment for those foreign workers employed there.

Une copie des titres autorisant l’exercice d’une activité salariée des travailleurs étrangers est annexée au registre unique du personnel et rendue accessible aux membres de la délégation du personnel du comité social et économique et aux fonctionnaires et agents chargés de veiller à l’application du présent code et du code de la sécurité sociale. Elle est tenue à leur disposition soit dans l’établissement, soit sur chaque chantier ou lieu de travail distinct de l’établissement pour ceux des travailleurs étrangers qui y sont employés.
