Article D1221-29 of the French Labour Code

Within the first eight days of each month, the employer must send the DARES (Direction de l’animation de la recherche, des études et des statistiques) a statement of the employment contracts concluded or terminated during the previous month.

This provision does not apply to fixed-term employment contracts concluded for a maximum non-renewable period of one month.

Dans les huit premiers jours de chaque mois, l’employeur adresse à la direction de l’animation de la recherche, des études et des statistiques (DARES) le relevé des contrats de travail conclus ou rompus au cours du mois précédent.


Cette disposition ne s’applique pas au contrat de travail à durée déterminée conclu pour une durée maximum d’un mois non renouvelable.
