Article D1221-30 of the French Labour Code

The monthly statement of employment contracts contains the following information:
1° The name and address of the employer;
2° The nature of the company’s activity;
3° The surname, first names, nationality, date of birth, sex, job and qualifications of the employees whose employment contracts have been concluded or terminated;
4° The effective date of the employment contracts or their termination with, in the event of redundancy for economic reasons, an indication of the nature of this reason.

Le relevé mensuel des contrats de travail contient les mentions suivantes :
1° Le nom et l’adresse de l’employeur ;
2° La nature de l’activité de l’entreprise ;
3° Les nom, prénoms, nationalité, date de naissance, sexe, emploi et qualification des salariés dont le contrat de travail a été conclu ou rompu ;
4° La date d’effet des contrats de travail ou de leur rupture avec, en cas de licenciement pour motif économique, l’indication de la nature de ce motif.
