I.-For the application of article L. 1233-4, the employer sends out personalised offers of redeployment or communicates the list of available offers to employees, and any updates to this list, by any means capable of providing a date certain.
II -These written offers specify:
a) The job title and description;
b) The name of the employer;
c) The nature of the employment contract;
d) The location of the job;
e) The level of pay;
f) The job classification.
III – If a list of internal redeployment offers is circulated, it will include the available positions located on national territory in the company and the other companies in the group to which the company belongs.
The list specifies the criteria for deciding between employees in the event of multiple applications for the same position, as well as the deadline for the employee to submit a written application.
This period may not be less than fifteen clear days from publication of the list, except where the company is in receivership or compulsory liquidation.
In companies in receivership or compulsory liquidation, this period may not be less than four clear days from publication of the list.
If the employee has not submitted a written application by the end of the period referred to in the second paragraph, this will be deemed to constitute a refusal of the offers.
