Article D1253-45 of the French Labour Code

In order to qualify for recognition as an employers’ group for integration and qualification as referred to in Article L. 1253-1, the employers’ group must meet the conditions set out in a specification drawn up by the Fédération française des groupements d’employeurs pour l’insertion et la qualification and approved by the Minister for Employment.

Pour bénéficier de la reconnaissance de la qualité de groupement d’employeurs pour l’insertion et la qualification mentionnée à l’article L. 1253-1, le groupement d’employeurs doit répondre aux conditions fixées dans un cahier des charges établi par la Fédération française des groupements d’employeurs pour l’insertion et la qualification et approuvé par le ministre chargé de l’emploi.
