The mayor or, where applicable, the president of the public establishment for inter-communal cooperation or of the mixed syndicate, sends the decision, together with the application for classification, to the representative of the State in the territorially competent department by electronic means or, failing that, by post.

Le maire ou, le cas échéant, le président de l’établissement public de coopération intercommunale ou du syndicat mixte, adresse la délibération, accompagnée du dossier de demande de classement, au représentant de l’Etat dans le département territorialement compétent par voie électronique ou, à défaut, par voie postale.
