Article D137 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

Sentenced persons admitted to the semi-liberty regime pursuant to the provisions of articles 132-25 of the Penal Code and 723-1 of the Code of Criminal Procedure undertake to comply with the conditions of good behaviour and attendance at work, effective participation in the activity and compliance with medical treatment.

The sentence enforcement judge will determine the days and times of departure and return, and any special conditions specific to the nature of the activity or treatment and the personality of the offender.

Les condamnés admis au régime de la semi-liberté en application des dispositions des articles 132-25 du code pénal et 723-1 du code de procédure pénale s’engagent à respecter les conditions de bonne tenue et d’assiduité au travail, la participation effective à l’activité et le suivi du traitement médical.

Le juge de l’application des peines détermine les jours et heures de sortie et de retour, les conditions particulières propres à la nature de l’activité ou du traitement et à la personnalité du condamné.
