Article D1411-58-7 of the French Public Health Code

For the renewal of each of the Boards of Directors mentioned in article L. 1411-5-2, lots shall be drawn to determine, from among the persons called upon to appoint a single member or an odd number of members, if necessary taking into account the members whose term of office has been renewed under the conditions provided for in article R. 1411-58-13, those who appoint a woman or a man, or a greater number of women or a greater number of men.

Au titre du renouvellement de chacun des conseils d’administration mentionnés à l’article L. 1411-5-2, le tirage au sort détermine, parmi les personnes appelées à désigner un seul membre ou un nombre impair de membres, au besoin compte tenu des membres dont le mandat a été renouvelé dans les conditions prévues à l’article R. 1411-58-13, celles qui désignent une femme ou un homme, ou un nombre supérieur de femmes ou un nombre supérieur d’hommes.
