Article D1423-56 of the French Labour Code

A salaried labour tribunal member who performs one of the activities listed in article R. 1423-55 receives an allowance for his or her shifts, the hourly rate of which is set at 8.40 euros in the following cases:

1° When they carry out this activity outside working hours ;

2° If they have ceased their professional activity;

3° If they are unemployed.

Le conseiller prud’homme salarié qui exerce l’une des activités énumérées à l’article R. 1423-55 perçoit une allocation pour ses vacations dont le taux horaire est fixé à 8,40 euros dans les cas suivants :

1° Lorsqu’il exerce cette activité en dehors des heures de travail ;

2° Lorsqu’il a cessé son activité professionnelle ;

3° Lorsqu’il est demandeur d’emploi.
