Article D1432-19 of the French Public Health Code

Any member who loses the capacity for which he was appointed ceases to be a member of the Supervisory Board.

If a member ceases to be a member of the Supervisory Board on which he or she sat, a new member is appointed within three months, under the same conditions, for the remainder of the term of office.

If a full member of the Supervisory Board fails to attend three consecutive meetings in person, the Chairman of the Supervisory Board shall appoint a replacement under the conditions set out in the previous paragraph.

Tout membre perdant la qualité pour laquelle il a été désigné cesse de faire partie du conseil de surveillance.

Lorsqu’un membre cesse de faire partie du conseil de surveillance où il siégeait, un nouveau membre est désigné, dans les trois mois, dans les mêmes conditions pour la durée restant à courir du mandat.

Lorsque le membre titulaire du conseil de surveillance n’a pas assisté personnellement à trois réunions consécutives, le président du conseil de surveillance procède à son remplacement, dans les conditions prévues à l’alinéa précédent.
