A member of the Supervisory Board may, if he or she and his or her alternate are unable to attend, be represented by another member of the Board holding a proxy.
The provision of the previous paragraph does not apply to the members mentioned in 1° of I of article D. 1432-15.
No person may hold more than one proxy.

La disposition prévue à l’alinéa précédent ne s’applique pas aux membres mentionnés au 1° du I de l’article D. 1432-15.
Nul ne peut détenir plus d’une procuration.
