Article D1442-4 of the French Labour Code

For the organisations mentioned in 2° and 3° of article D. 1442-1, the State’s financial aid comprises:
1° A fund intended to finance the organisation’s structural costs. These costs include:
a) The following training costs for sessions:
– equipment and documentation;
– premises;
– miscellaneous supplies;
b) The following training costs outside sessions:
– trainers’ training costs;
– costs related to the use of new technologies;
c) The following administrative costs:
– staff costs;
– operating costs;
2° A contribution calculated on the basis of a fixed amount per day of training and per trainee. This contribution covers teaching costs as well as travel and accommodation expenses for trainees. This lump sum is set annually in the agreement.

L’aide financière de l’Etat comprend pour les organismes mentionnés aux 2° et 3° de l’article D. 1442-1 :
1° Un fonds destiné à financer les frais de structure de l’organisme. Ces frais comprennent :
a) Les frais de formation suivants dans le cadre des sessions :
― matériel et documentation ;
― locaux ;
― fournitures diverses ;
b) Les frais de formation suivants hors sessions :
― frais de formation des formateurs ;
― frais liés à l’utilisation des nouvelles technologies ;
c) Les dépenses administratives suivantes :
― frais de personnel ;
― frais de fonctionnement ;
2° Une participation calculée sur la base d’un montant forfaitaire par jour de formation et par stagiaire. Cette participation couvre les dépenses d’enseignement ainsi que les frais de déplacement et de séjour des stagiaires. Ce forfait est fixé annuellement dans la convention.
