Article D147-42 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

If judicial supervision includes placement under mobile electronic monitoring and the sentenced person refuses to have the monitoring device fitted before his release, in accordance with the provisions of the second paragraph of article 763-12 and of the article R. 544-5 of the Penitentiary Code, the enforcement judge shall order, in accordance with the provisions of article 723-35, the withdrawal of all or part of the sentence reductions before the sentenced person is released.

Si la surveillance judiciaire comporte un placement sous surveillance électronique mobile et que le condamné refuse la pose du dispositif de contrôle avant sa libération, conformément aux dispositions du deuxième alinéa de l’article 763-12 et de l’article R. 544-5 du code pénitentiaire, le juge de l’application des peines ordonne, conformément aux dispositions de l’article 723-35, le retrait de tout ou partie des réductions de peines avant la libération du condamné.
