Article D211-4 of the French Consumer Code

The general terms and conditions applicable to contracts mentioned in the third paragraph of article L. 224-25-12 include a box informing consumers of the procedures for implementing the legal guarantees referred to in 2° of article L. 211-2, in accordance with the model annexed to this code. The content of this box is specifically adapted to the contractual period of supply of the digital content or service offered to consumers. Where several supply periods are proposed, the trader shall indicate the periods applicable in each case.

Les conditions générales applicables aux contrats mentionnés au troisième alinéa de l’article L. 224-25-12 comportent un encadré informant le consommateur des modalités de mise en œuvre des garanties légales mentionnées au 2° de l’article L. 211-2, conformément au modèle annexé au présent code. Le contenu de cet encadré est spécifiquement adapté à la période contractuelle de fourniture du contenu numérique ou du service numérique proposée aux consommateurs. Lorsque plusieurs périodes de fourniture sont proposées, le professionnel indique les délais applicables dans chacun des cas.
