The project management team is responsible for monitoring the execution of the works and, where appropriate, for supervising them.
The purpose of monitoring the execution of the works is, firstly, to ensure that the execution documents and the works in progress comply with the provisions of the studies carried out and are in accordance with the overall contract and, secondly, that the payment requests are consistent with the progress of the works. This includes taking part in site meetings and approving the minutes.
The purpose of works management is to organise and run site meetings and draw up the minutes.

L’équipe de maîtrise d’œuvre est chargée du suivi de la réalisation des travaux et, le cas échéant, de leur direction.
Le suivi de la réalisation des travaux a pour objet, d’une part, de s’assurer que les documents d’exécution ainsi que les ouvrages en cours de réalisation respectent les dispositions des études effectuées et sont conformes au marché global et, d’autre part, que les demandes de paiement sont cohérentes avec l’avancement des travaux. Il comprend la participation aux réunions de chantier et le visa des procès-verbaux.
La direction des travaux a pour objet d’organiser et diriger les réunions de chantier et en établir les procès-verbaux.
