Article D2231-2 of the French Labour Code

I.-Branch agreements and professional or cross-industry agreements, as well as their riders and appendices, are filed by the most diligent party with the services of the Minister of Labour.

Two copies must be filed, a paper version signed by the parties and an electronic version.

II – Group, company, establishment and inter-company agreements as well as the documents accompanying the filing as provided for in articles D. 2231-6 and D. 2231-7 are filed by the legal representative of the group, company or establishment or, in the case of an inter-company agreement, by the legal representatives of these companies.

III – The depositor shall also submit a copy of each agreement to the clerk of the industrial tribunal of the place where it was concluded.

I.-Les conventions et accords de branche et les accords professionnels ou interprofessionnels, ainsi que leurs avenants et annexes, sont déposés par la partie la plus diligente auprès des services du ministre chargé du travail.

Le dépôt est opéré en deux exemplaires, dont une version sur support papier signée des parties et une version sur support électronique.

II.-Les accords de groupe, d’entreprise, d’établissement et interentreprises ainsi que les pièces accompagnant le dépôt prévues aux articles D. 2231-6 et D. 2231-7 sont déposés par le représentant légal du groupe, de l’entreprise ou de l’établissement ou, pour un accord interentreprises, par les représentants légaux de celles-ci.

III.-Le déposant remet également un exemplaire de chaque convention ou accord au greffe du conseil de prud’hommes du lieu de conclusion.
