Approval is granted once the conditions defined in article D. 232-5 have been met. It specifies the territorial jurisdiction in which the doping prevention medical units operate. In each territorial jurisdiction, only one branch is granted the approval referred to in article L. 232-1.
L’agrément est délivré lorsqu’il est satisfait aux conditions définies à l’article D. 232-5. Il précise le ressort territorial d’intervention des antennes médicales de prévention du dopage. Dans chaque ressort territorial, une seule antenne bénéficie de l’agrément mentionné à l’article L. 232-1.
