To obtain the approval referred to in article L. 232-1, a doping prevention medical unit must meet the following conditions:
1° It must be directed by a doctor with expertise in sports medicine or the treatment of addictions, or who has experience in doping prevention;
2° It must have an organisational and operational plan which identifies the staff, health or sports professionals or psychologists required to carry out the tasks set out in article D. 232-2. This project specifies, where applicable, the network of partners, within or outside the health establishment, useful for carrying out its missions;
3° Propose a draft agreement of objectives, validated by the head of the regional State department responsible for sports and by the Director General of the Regional Health Agency, which contains:
a) The objectives relating to the missions mentioned in 1° to 4° of article D. 232-2;
b) Where applicable, the objectives relating to the specific activity mentioned in article D. 232-2 which is entrusted to it;
c) The branch’s budget;
d) An organisation chart listing the names of all the professionals working in the branch;
e) The organisation and operating plan mentioned in 2° ;
f) The information to be included in the centre’s annual activity report.
