Article D2335-19 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

Communes, local public establishments and public interest groupings submit their grant application to the State representative in the department, within twelve months of the police measure ordering the eviction or evacuation of the people occupying the premises. After this deadline, the application is inadmissible.

Les communes, les établissements publics locaux et les groupements d’intérêt public adressent leur demande de subvention au représentant de l’Etat dans le département, dans un délai de douze mois à compter de la mesure de police ordonnant l’expulsion ou l’évacuation des personnes occupant les locaux. Passé ce délai, la demande est irrecevable.
