Article D314-17 of the French Consumer Code

Lenders must inform borrowers of the usury thresholds corresponding to the loans they offer. Credit institutions shall make this information available to their customers in the same way as for the general banking conditions referred to in article R. 312-1 of the Monetary and Financial Code.

Les prêteurs doivent porter à la connaissance des emprunteurs les seuils de l’usure correspondant aux prêts qu’ils leur proposent. Les établissements de crédit tiennent cette information à la disposition de leur clientèle comme pour les conditions générales de banque mentionnées à l’article R. 312-1 du code monétaire et financier.
