Article D324-3 of the French Tourism Code

The owner of the furnished accommodation or his agent who wishes to obtain classification must submit an application for classification as a furnished tourist accommodation to an organisation of his choice from among those mentioned in 1° and 2° of article L. 324-1.

Le loueur du meublé ou son mandataire qui souhaite obtenir le classement transmet une demande de classement en meublé de tourisme à un organisme de son choix parmi les organismes mentionnés aux 1° et 2° de l’article L. 324-1.
