Article D331-2 of the French Sports Code

When an event has been included on the list provided for in article R. 331-1 (1), the federation, or the professional league it has set up, which is responsible for the safety and running conditions of the event, may, at any time, impose on the material organiser any measure intended to ensure the safety of spectators and compliance with the regulations and rules mentioned in article L. 331-1.

Lorsqu’une manifestation a été inscrite sur la liste prévue à l’article R. 331-1 (1), la fédération, ou la ligue professionnelle qu’elle a constituée, responsable de la sécurité et des conditions de déroulement de la manifestation, peut, à tout moment, imposer à l’organisateur matériel toute mesure destinée à assurer la sécurité des spectateurs et le respect des règlements et règles mentionnés à l’article L. 331-1.
