Article D3335-3 of the French Public Health Code

In order to take into account the specific situations of certain municipalities, resulting in particular from the number of establishments mentioned in 3° of article L. 3335-1 to be protected by virtue of the provisions of article L. 3335-2, exceptions to the prefectoral orders issued in application of article L. 3335-2 may be granted by order of the Minister responsible for health with regard to the extent of the protection zones.

Article D3335-3

Pour tenir compte des situations particulières à certaines communes, résultant notamment du nombre des établissements mentionnés au 3° de l’article L. 3335-1 à protéger en vertu des dispositions de l’article L. 3335-2, des dérogations aux arrêtés préfectoraux intervenus en application de l’article L. 3335-2 peuvent être accordées par arrêté du ministre chargé de la santé en ce qui concerne l’étendue des zones de protection.
