I.-It is prohibited to assign young people to work exposing them to ionising radiation requiring a category A or B classification within the meaning of article R. 4451-57.
II – For young people aged 16 or over, the prohibition mentioned in I may be waived under the conditions and in the forms laid down in section 3 of this chapter and subject to compliance with the provisions laid down in Chapter I of Title V of Book IV of Part Four of the Labour Code.
The young people concerned are classified as category B within the meaning of article R. 4451-57 and, in a radiological emergency, may not be assigned to one of the groups defined in article R. 4451-99.
