Article D421-32 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

In the event of the withdrawal of a residence permit issued on the basis of article L. 421-14, held by a researcher in the course of mobility in another Member State, the minister responsible for immigration shall immediately inform this other Member State and the person making the notification in writing.

En cas de retrait du titre de séjour délivré sur le fondement de l’article L. 421-14, détenu par un chercheur en cours de mobilité dans un autre Etat membre, le ministre chargé de l’immigration informe sans délai et par écrit cet autre Etat membre et l’auteur de la notification.
