Article D4221-10 of the French Public Health Code

For pharmacy and medical biology, the jury draws up a list in order of merit of the successful candidates, within the limit of the maximum number of persons who may be admitted to the knowledge verification tests mentioned in article D. 4221-7. Ties are broken on the basis of the mark obtained in the test referred to in 1° of the same article.

A candidate who has obtained a mark of 6 out of 20 or less in one of the tests may not be declared successful.

Pour la pharmacie et pour la biologie médicale, le jury établit une liste par ordre de mérite des candidats reçus, dans la limite du nombre maximum de personnes susceptibles d’être reçues aux épreuves de vérification des connaissances mentionnées l’article D. 4221-7. La note de l’épreuve mentionnée au 1° de ce même article départage les ex aequo.

Un candidat ayant obtenu une note inférieure ou égale à 6 sur 20 à l’une des épreuves ne peut être déclaré reçu.
