Article D4422-30-3 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

I.-A representative of the Corsican Massif Committee referred to in the fifth paragraph of Article L. 4421-3 and his replacement are appointed by the standing committee provided for in the third paragraph of I of the article 7 of law no. 85-30 of 9 January 1985 on the development and protection of mountain areas, duly convened by its chairman.

II.-A representative of the Corsica Basin Committee mentioned in the sixth paragraph of article L. 4421-3 and his alternate are appointed by the Basin Committee from among its members.

I.-Un représentant du comité de massif de Corse mentionné au cinquième alinéa de l’article L. 4421-3 et son remplaçant sont désignés par la commission permanente prévue au troisième alinéa du I de l’article 7 de la loi n° 85-30 du 9 janvier 1985 relative au développement et à la protection de la montagne, dûment convoquée par son président.

II.-Un représentant du comité de bassin de Corse mentionné au sixième alinéa de l’article L. 4421-3 et son remplaçant sont désignés par le comité de bassin parmi ses membres.
