Article D4622-55 of the French Labour Code

For autonomous occupational health and prevention services, an annual activity report is presented to the social and economic committee no later than the end of the fourth month following the year for which it was drawn up.

The body referred to in the first paragraph may make any proposal relating to the organisation, operation, equipment and budget of the occupational health and prevention service.

Pour les services de prévention et de santé au travail autonomes, un rapport annuel d’activité est présenté au comité social et économique au plus tard à la fin du quatrième mois qui suit l’année au titre de laquelle il a été établi.

L’instance mentionnée au premier alinéa peut faire toute proposition relative à l’organisation, au fonctionnement, à l’équipement et au budget du service de prévention et de santé au travail.
