Occupational health and prevention services transmit data relating to their activity and financial management and any other information requested by the administrative authority by electronic means within the deadlines set by the latter. This information concerns the organisation and operation of the occupational health and prevention services, in particular :

1° The resources and tools used, in particular an up-to-date electronic address to facilitate data transmission;

2° The implementation of the actions set out in the multi-year service project and in particular, for inter-company prevention and occupational health services, the implementation of the core service offering;

3° For inter-company prevention and occupational health services, data relating to the financial management of the service enabling in particular the calculation of the national average cost of the core service offering.

4° Any other information relating to the contribution of prevention and occupational health services to the implementation of occupational health policy.

Les services de prévention et de santé au travail transmettent par voie dématérialisée les données relatives à leur activité et à leur gestion financière et toute autre information demandée par l’autorité administrative dans les délais fixés par celle-ci. Elles concernent l’organisation et le fonctionnement des services de prévention et de santé au travail notamment :

1° Les ressources et les outils utilisés, notamment une adresse électronique à jour pour faciliter la transmission des données ;

2° La réalisation des actions figurant dans le cadre du projet pluriannuel de service et notamment, pour les services de prévention et de santé interentreprises, la réalisation de l’offre socle de services ;

3° Pour les services de prévention et de santé au travail interentreprises, les données relatives à la gestion financière du service permettant notamment de calculer le coût moyen national de l’offre socle.

4° Toute autre information relative à la contribution des services de prévention et de santé au travail à la mise en œuvre de la politique de santé au travail.
