The social and economic committee relies on the social services department to carry out its social tasks.

Each year, the committee draws up a report on the organisation, operation and financial management of the social services. This report is made available, at its request, to the labour inspector responsible for the company.

Dans l’exercice de ses missions dans le domaine social, le comité social et économique s’appuie sur le service social.

Le comité établit chaque année un rapport sur l’organisation, le fonctionnement et la gestion financière du service social. Ce rapport est communiqué, à sa demande, à l’agent de contrôle de l’inspection du travail dont dépend l’entreprise.
