Article D47-6-14 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

The Victim Delegate Judge draws up an annual report on the exercise of his powers and presents it orally to the general meeting of judges and prosecutors.

The president of the judicial court and the public prosecutor will send this report to the first president and the public prosecutor, who will send a summary of the reports for their jurisdiction to the Ministry of Justice.

Le juge délégué aux victimes établit un rapport annuel sur l’exercice de ses attributions et le présente oralement à l’assemblée générale des magistrats du siège et du parquet.

Le président du tribunal judiciaire et le procureur de la République adressent ce rapport au premier président et au procureur général, qui transmettent une synthèse des rapports de leur ressort au ministère de la justice.
