Title XIV: Victims' delegate judge, chairman of the compensation commission for victims of offences

Article D47-6-1 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

The Delegate Judge for Victims shall ensure, with due respect for the balance of the rights of the parties, that the rights granted by law to victims are taken into account. Article D47-6-14 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure
